An evening of live horror drama, in which renowned local actors and foley sound artists will perform chilling, thrilling, blood-spilling radio plays carefully crafted to raise the hair on your neck and have you checking under the bed upon your return home. With an array of special guests serving as judges, this is the perfect way to kick off the Halloween season! One night only!!!

BABESWITHBLADES.ORG - Local sword-wielding stuntfighters Babes with Blades will host a workshop "Swords, for Rusty Broads and Gentlemen, Saturday, September 19, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Emerald City Theater School, 2933 N. Southport Ave. Special Focuses are: Victorian Umbrella Self Defence for Ladies and Gentlemen and "Dirrrty Knife Fighting."

According to information provided by Babes with Blades: "Space will be available 9:30-10 for check-in & warmups. Participants should be aware that the space is used by a tap dance ensemble, and clothes may pick up residue from the tappers' shoes whilst rolling around on the floor. Wear stuff you don't need to keep spotless."
